Circus Conditioning is a class designed to help build the fundamental strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility needed for a progressive and safe practice in any circus art. This class will focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility throughout the entire body. Students can expect gymnastic-style strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and active flexibility work to help elevate their practice as well as prevent injury with a full-body workout.
This class is open to all ability levels.
