Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology mixing many different modalities. Kriyas, a set of exercises with a specific goal. Mantra, chanting mostly Gurmuki, using your voice to change or alter your vibration. Pranayama, different speeds, depths ans rhythms of breath. Madras, hands arms legs and feet postures used to create energy flow. Meditation, short and long periods of time in silent meditation to help clear the mind and recognize our connection to Divine energy. And much much more! It is suggested that you wear white flowy clothes to practice Kundalini Yoga but not required.
