Yin Yoga taught by a dedicated Yoga Teacher who will guide you safely and personally. Yin Yoga represents an application of a Taoist to some of the mechanical practices of Hatha Yoga. This practice targets deeper connective tissues around major joints of the body for the flow of vital energy nourishing the organs and releasing toxins. Learn to relax in order to stay in a pose passively for a period of time. It is a perfect complement, a balancing practice for your more active style of yoga.
COVID HEALTH PROTOCOLS - UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES YOU ARE REQUIRED TO:

-wear a mask until class starts and before leaving the room. Wearing the mask during class is optional.
-maintain 2 metre/6 feet distance between staff and students at all times.
