Power 90 Heated to 90 degrees, this class builds on the same principles of Power 60. During class we focus on breath and movement, while challenging you physically and mentally. You will stretch and strengthen your body while cultivating balance - leaving you refreshed and ready to step off your mat and greet the world.
Members have priority booking until 24 hours before class. At that time, class pass holders and drop ins may register. We will enable a waitlist for each class.
