<div>With the support of a soft suspended fabric, Aerial Yoga explores what happens when you combine classical asanas with elements of aerial acrobatics. You do not need to be a circus star, lifelong yogi, or natural-born acrobat to come play! Students of all levels can learn to flip, fly, and flow through Aerial Yoga sequences. Everyone who enjoyed swinging on the monkey bars as a kid is encouraged to try out this fun fusion of yoga, aerial arts, and Yin Yoga.</div>
<p>Utilizing the soft silk hammocks the Yin practice targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, which are not exercised in the more active flow of asana. Long-held postures can even target bones and joints, strengthening the body's foundation. The Yin portion of the practice may be done in the silks, on the ground or a combination of both.</p>
