We are excited to launch our youth health and wellness program as most schools are heading into virtual learning this year. This class is a good alternative and substitute for physical education. As children head into perhaps one of the most sedentary years of their academic experience, we want to be there to support their growth by keeping them active. Our class will be 8 weeks long in the fall and focus on lifetime wellness. We will set benchmarks and to develop strength, endurance and flexibility. Every age group will have defined wellness goals revolving the above health categories. Due to the pandemic classes will be limited to 6 students. This fall segement includes 16 sessions of interactive and progressive programs for each age group.
