Ready for movement beyond gentle and open level classes? Intermediate Vinyasa is designed for students who feel experienced in their practice and wish to explore more challenge in a purposeful and practical way. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas. Redefine the edge of your practice in a safe and supported way!
Props such as straps and blocks may be necessary.
This class is of intermediate level, so a yoga practice is preferred before attending. If you are brand new to yoga or still new to yogic practice, it is highly recommended to participate in one of our beginner or open level classes first.
