nourishing challenge of movements based on interval training,
barre, pilates and, of course, yoga asana. Each class is designed
with a focus on a specific area of the body and particular muscle
groups in order to build awareness, mobility, safety, and support
for your flow practice.

well as those who have been practicing yoga for a number of
