<p>A friendly, welcoming environment for those who want to move gently.</p>
<p>In this 75 minute class, we dedicate 25 minutes to relaxation, gentle breath work and meditation. <br />The movement part of the class takes you through a complete gentle yoga practice in all stations - lying down, sitting, all-fours and standing. The focus is on improving joint health, gently strengthening and developing body awareness in a relaxing, supportive setting. </p>
<p>Adaptations and modifications are given for any limitations. This class is suitable for people who are affected by cancer. Please email Morven at info@yogabynature.org if you are not sure whether this is the class for you. </p>
