Not new to yoga but feel you aren't ready for an Intermediate
or a mixed level class? Our Beginner classes are powerful, learning
experiences in which you will re-discover your body, how it works,
and what it can do. This class will build your confidence to take
any class on the schedule. A combination of held poses and vinyasa
flow to connect body, mind, movement, and breath. This class
provides a slower paced program with more description and
commentary, designed to give you the time and support to understand
the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing
technique. This class is appropriate for all skill levels.
