Livestreamed class: 45 to 60 minutes of low impact strengthening exercise targeting every muscle group in your body. This class involves micro-movements and some Pilates elements.
Because you will be following instructions from home you will need a stable chair and a weight set. 2-3 lbs is good enough. If you don't have weights full 0.5L water bottles or cans will do! Fill your bottles with water or sand if you like. Salt is a great weight adder too!
