Are you tired of the endless loop of being too tired, stressed, or busy for a full-length yoga practice that you put it off, which makes you even more tired and stressed?
Are you wanting ways to harness that “after yoga” feeling and sprinkle a little peace into the beginning, middle, or end of your days?
This “class” has got you covered. When you sign up for Petite Peace Practices, you will recieve an email with 2-4 mini-practices that are between 5-20 minutes in length to keep you going for the whole week.
Each week has a theme (i.e shoulders, lower back, stress and worry, etc..). You can see the theme of the week in the “Special Instructions” before signing up for the class. If you have requests for a theme, feel free to message us at info@supremepeaceyoga.com.
You will receive an asana practice that can be done in a chair at work, home, or wherever you are, a practice on the mat, and 1-2 breath/meditation, or other supporting practices for that week.
Our goal with these classes is to help you “bring peace into your life, so you can take it out into the world.”
