Reformer Basic to Intermediate progresses you into more coordinated movements, along with integrating the strength and Control that you've been developing in Basic classes. This will prepare you to transition to Intermediate level exercises.
Once you've mastered the Basic exercises, you'll be ready for more.. and this class is More! You'll recognize similar exercises (from Basic Level), that you will now build upon in this progression, and you'll continue to challenge your strength, stability and increase flexibility.
