Pole Combos Class (for students currently taking our Intermediate Level 3 program or our Advanced Levels 1, 2 or 3)
This class is designed to give you an opportunity to put multiple moves together in fun and creative pole combos. Combos help build endurance and stamina allowing you to perform at a higher level. Each class will incorporate moves from our Intermdiate Level 3, Advanced Level 1 , Advanced Level 2 and/or Advanced Level 3 curriculum and instructors will also add in fun advanced low flow, floor work, climb poses and spins.
Examples of Advanced Level 1 Skills - Handsprings, Aerial Shoulder Mount, Pegasus
Examples of Advanced Level 2 Skills - Dragon's Tail, J'allegra, Twisted Sister
Examples of Advanced Level 3 Skills - Bird of Paradise, Aerial Hand Springs, Russian Split
