This Pre-Registered Reformer Basic Enrollment Class takes the knowledge you have gained from Introductions class and starts you on learning precision, control and understanding intentions behind the fundamental movements. If you are new to Pilates, or new with a little experience, this 4-week program will help you learn to apply the basic Pilates principles and learn the Pilates fundamentals to familiarize yourself on the Reformer. In a small group class setting, you are on your way to improve your posture, build a stronger core, and increase your stability, strength, flexibility and mobility.
Modifications are available, and beginners or those wishing to build good Pilates techniques are welcome!
