<p>This class is held on the turf and is 60 minutes of highintensity butt kicking through bodyweight exercises but may also incorporate kettlebell, slam balls, bosu balls and more. The style of class is dependant on the instructor. Expect any thin from a AMRAP, E.M.O.M to a tabata style class. Running, Stairs, partner drills maybe part of the class. All fitness levels are welcome. All exercises are able to be tiered for different levels and capabilities. </p>
