Start your weekend by awakening your senses with a revitalizing hike to the summit of Enchanted Rock. From the 1,823-ft. summit we will enjoy 360° views of the park and the Texas Hill Country. Shivani will guide a dynamic 60 minute power yoga flow, followed by a 10 minute centering meditation. Feel the power and peace of the Rock as we flow with our body’s one breath one movement. As we descend the Rock, we will find a beautiful setting to wind down with lunch and a painting session. Enjoy a glass of wine, sparkling water, and a delicious lunch as we spend time studying the different shapes and colors and learning to paint our own interpretation of the landscape. Each person will have their very own work of art to take home.
Bring: Yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen, bug spray, and appropriate clothes and footwear for the trip to the summit. Recommended that each participant has their own backpack for carrying water, sunscreen, snacks, layers, and yoga mat. Note, it can be hot as we hike up the Rock, but very windy at the top of the Rock.
Logistics: Due to COVID-19 protocol, participants will be driving separate and we will meet at Enchanted Rock at 9:30am. You will be mailed a printed entrance pass and instructions on where to park and meet prior to our hike. Please reach out if you have any transportation concerns.
*Please note that ascending to the summit of Enchanted Rock requires a moderate fitness level. We will be climbing over 400 feet in just 0.7 miles. The total hike length will be less than 1.5 miles.
*Please be prepared that the only food available will be a provided lunch around 1pm. Eat a filling breakfast before we meet in the morning, and bring your own snacks.

12:30pm: Start to descend Summit to find painting location
