This is the outside version of our Beginner class. This is for
the individual who wants to move at a slower pace. We do the same
exercises as in the Intermediate classes, but with modifications;
rest intervals are longer, exercises are grouped together based on
standing/sitting movements, and there are less plyometrics
(jumping). Even though it’s called a “Beginner” class, in no sense
of the word does that mean your workout will be easy! If you’re
looking for a slower paced class, this is the one for you!
This is an outside class. Please arrive 15 minutes before your
scheduled class. There will be a white board displayed that
tells you what equipment you will need for the workout. Please
choose your equipment according
to your fitness level. You will also
grab a disinfecting spray bottle and a few micro fiber towels from
the green bucket. Find a cone and consider that your workout area
for the next 30 minutes. At the end of the workout you will be
required to thoroughly clean and dry all your equipment and return
it to where you got it. Dirty towels can be put in the black bucket
and the spray bottle back into the metal bucket. From start to
finish please adhere to physical distancing guidelines. The studio
bathroom is not available during this time.
