Stretch and release physically and mentally with our meditative yin practice. Yin is a calm, quiet and mindful class that maintains relaxed passive yoga postures for 3-5 minutes at a time. Yin allows time for your muscles, joints and mind to align, open and release. This class is suited for all levels of experience and practice. It is a fitting compliment to a more rigorous daily practice or beneficial to anyone with mild injuries or decreased range of motion or mobility. Yin is practiced in a warm non heated room 80-85’ for 60 peaceful minutes.
