Come one, come all! Even the most advanced yoga practitioners
need to come back to their roots (and wings) once in a while. If
you've ever practiced and thought your back is little bit achy or
hips don't feel quite right, come back to basics and take some
extra time to revisit those important alignment cues and make sure
you're doing poses correctly and in a way that is the safest and
healthiest for your body. After some gentle stretching to open the
body and warm up the muscles, you'll move into a set of basic yoga
poses (which will vary from class to class), with detailed
instructions on alignment and how to take it to the next level
tailored to you and your fellow students. Open to those new to yoga
or experienced.
