A full body barre and Pilates workout in the studio focusing on strength, flexibility, stanima and dynamic stability. A low impact class with high intensity movements that improve your overall strength and flexibility (no dance experience required!). You will feel your legs (quads, hamstrings, thighs, calves) and sculpt your upper body as you challenge your core at the barre. All levels! Starts September 10 and runs until October 29.
