This workshop builds off what we learned in the beginner workshop and is for those who would like to practice more advanced poses. Each pose will be introduced with a short yoga flow to warm up the body. There will be focus on twisting, binding and hip opening to help safely get into these poses.
Props will be used along with hands on adjustments. Gina will use hand sanitizer in between each student and wear a mask. If you prefer to not be adjusted, please let us know.
