Welcome to Hot Yoga! Where you will learn to breath better, move better and feel better all in a room heated by therapuetic Farinfrared Heat.
Allow us to guide you throught the most common yoga poses, teaching you the alignment to help ease the tension and strenghten the body. You will also learn the value of concious breathing through each pose, creating a feeling of clarity and peace.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comforatble excersise clothes. We look forward to seeing you soon!
