Tru Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine and offers introspection through periods of silence worked into the flow. Asanas are held for up to 3 min time; props and modifications of the poses are incorporated into the flow to help increase comfort while receiving the deep stretches that Yin practice offers. Breathwork and meditation are worked into the practice. Yin is welcoming of all levels.
