Come
experience with the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga. This
practice utilizes breath, movement, sound, and meditation to bring
the body and mind back to equilibrium. It is known as the yoga of
awareness.
Kundalini
Yoga aims to balance the glandular system, strengthens the nervous
system, and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the
emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being
controlled by our thoughts and feelings.
This is
yoga for everyday life, and every person. Suitable for all
practitioners, beginner to advanced. This class is not hot.
