FX3 FIT is a 30-minute-high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, or as we like to call it – Fun Interval Training (FIT) workout – designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout focuses on functional body weight training; while periodically introducing steps, Lebert Equalizers, and jump ropes into the mix. Instructors coach variations to meet you where you are at while injecting encouragement and motivation – helping you to achieve more than you believe possible!
