Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a form of guided
meditation that brings you to the place right between dreaming and
wakefulness. It is a deep relaxation technique that has been
proven effective in dealing with stress, anxiety, insomnia, trauma,
depression and PTSD, among so many other things.
You will lie comfortably still while she leads you
through a 35-40 minute guided meditation. You will be asked
to set a sankalpa, a big intention, and plant the seeds of that
intention when you reach your most deeply relaxed state.
