Candlelit Yin Yoga class. Set in the soft glow of candlelight, this
gentle and meditative practice invites you to unwind, release

Yin Yoga focuses on long-held,
passive poses that target the connective tissues, allowing for a
profound release of physical and mental stress. As you sink into
each pose, supported by bolsters and blankets, you'll experience a
sense of surrender and surrender, allowing the body to soften and
the mind to quiet.
In this tranquil setting,
surrounded by flickering candle flames, you'll be guided through a
series of poses designed to stretch and open the body, promoting
flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. With each breath, you'll
cultivate a deep sense of presence and mindfulness, allowing for a
profound release of tension and a renewed sense of
vitality.

*Class Minimum Requirements
In order for the class to proceed, a minimum of two (2) attendees must be present. If only one (1) person is registered, the class will be canceled up to 50 minutes before the scheduled start time.
