Morning Yin Yoga (45m) - All
Level:
Wake up to a softer, more relaxing
practice geared toward meditation.
Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest,
quietest, stillest moments. Yin helps create space for
stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and
fascia. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and
fascia to release. This class will also complement your Vinyasa
practice.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED -
Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2
If you are
signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your
instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to
cancel.

Please try to preregister at least 90 minutes before class.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
