Power Yoga (60)

Break a sweat and burn some
calories with a power yoga flow. Learn breathing techneques
and strength building yoga asanas that will help wake up the body
and mind, ultimately to find a balanced focus and clearity between
the two. The class will always leave room for a Savasana Meditation
where you can have a quiet moment to youself to relax and let go.
Overall, providing you the refreshment, mindfulness reset, and
physical stimulation that you need to take on your
day!
