Walking Meditation is one of the simplest and most satisfying
practices one can do. In addition to the peace of meditation, we
will exercise the body at a moderate pace. We will bring our
attention to the gift of placing our feet on the earth, and observe
the natural beauty right in the Kashi Atlanta neighborhood.
Our regular path will include Frazer Woods, but over the weeks
of the class we will explore other oases in the Edgewood/Candler
Park neighborhood. In case of mild inclement weather, we will
simply don the appropriate attire.
Masks are required to protect all participants. We meet in
front of Kashi Atlanta Ashram.
All fitness levels welcome.
