Ready to work those glutes, thighs, calves and all things lower body? This 45 min conditioning class will take you circuit style through all the squats jumps, leg lifts, and all things lower body conditioning to get your booty popping and building a strong foundation to get you strong.

This class will be held outside in the parking lot behind lache. Bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable workout attire, tennis shoes, and bring a towel and water because we’re going to sweat. In the event of inclement weather, this class will be hosted virtually instead.
