HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga allows you to explore each posture at a comfortable pace so you gain the maximum benefits.
As our bodies are different hour-to-hour, day-to-day this class allows time in each pose to notice where you can adjust, go deeper, or ease off, to get the maximum benefit for you on any given day.
Slowing down creates space to settle into the key component of Yoga, your breathing rhythm. This shifts your attention back to self retraining your ability to focus which is the goal of Yoga. To unite body and mind so you feel connected rather than that of disconnection which is a cause of why we feel unbalanced or out-of-whack.
This is both a grounding and strengthening class. Working towards the 100% that you have to your practice so you leave feeling better than you arrived.
Suitable for students new to yoga, mature aged, or after a slower-paced but strength-building class.
