Deep Stretch
Deep Stretch is a class focused on slow, deep
stretching and mindfulness, helping you to access areas in the
body that hold more habitual tightness, stress and tension, it is a
great class for those who are runners or cyclists. But ideal for
everyone!
If you want to slow down and make time for deep
stretching of the body this class will help you gain greater
mobility overall, increase flexibilty, feel more release &
openness in areas like the whole back and spine.
