In this gentle beginner's Aerial yoga class, you'll explore the ways the yoga hammock can support you and create proper alignment in basic yoga poses. From floor poses, to standing poses and even slow gentle yoga flows. Increasing flexibility, awareness and endurance to also improve posture as you create a balanced stability in the body. You will learn an optional inversion pose with each class, so that week after week you can begin to feel more comfortable and at ease hanging upside down in your hammock.
PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2 If you are signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to cancel.
