Aerial Yoga & Meditation (60m)
Beginner:
In this gentle beginner's Aerial
yoga class, you'll explore the ways the yoga hammock can support
you and create proper alignment in basic yoga poses. From floor
poses, to standing poses and even slow gentle yoga flows.
Increasing flexibility, awareness and endurance to also improve
posture as you create a balanced stability in the body. You
will learn an optional inversion pose with each class, so that week
after week you can begin to feel more comfortable and at ease
hanging upside down in your hammock.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment : 3
Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
