Aerial Yoga & Meditation (60m) Beginner:
In this gentle beginner's Aerial yoga class, you'll explore the ways the yoga hammock can support you and create proper alignment in basic yoga poses. From floor poses, to standing poses and even slow gentle yoga flows. Increasing flexibility, awareness and endurance to also improve posture as you create a balanced stability in the body. You will learn an optional inversion pose with each class, so that week after week you can begin to feel more comfortable and at ease hanging upside down in your hammock.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment Per Class: 2
If you are signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to cancel.

Please try to preregister at least 90 minutes before class.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
