exercises your body, mind and spirit. Breathwork, brain
balancing and yoga poses on the chair—this class is great for any
level of fitness.We welcome seniors, beginners, all ages, anyone
with chronic pain or arthritis, and anyone who just isn't
comfortable getting down on the floor!
We have everything you need here, including chairs and props. This class is great fun and offers the perfect way to honor your body. A great way to get moving!
Limit 10 students. Reservations MUST be made at leat 1 hour in advance - no drop ins. If you do need to cancel, you must do so a minimum of 1 hour in advance or you will be charged.
