Chair Yoga is a slow, accessible practice designed to help you move with greater ease and awareness - all with the support of a chair. We explore simple movements, gentle stretches, and mindful breathing to invite steadiness, comfort, and a sense of calm into the body.
This class is well-suited for anyone who prefers a low-impact practice, is returning to movement after time away, or wants a more supported way to practice yoga. Poses are done seated and/or standing, with the chair used as a steady point of support throughout.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are. Leave feeling settled, spacious, and more at home in your body.
Please reserve at least 1 hour in advance if possible. If you need to cancel, we ask that you do so at least 1 hour before class to avoid a late-cancel charge.
