<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">These levels are quite challenging and explore the more advanced asanas. These poses penetrate deeper within the individual. One’s sensitivity in the postures increases on a physical, organic (physiological), mental and spiritual level. To attend this class, students must be at least a level 2 practitioner or have a minimum of 2 years of a steady Iyengar Yoga practice.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Randy's creativity makes for intricate, interwoven sequencing, and his approach to asana persuades your body into positions you didn't know possible. The actions of each asana is articulated eloquently and with precision, integrating the mind into the body. </span></p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">In order to receive notifications from the studio including your zoom links and class recordings, you must be signed up for notifications. You can find this setting in your account, select <em>My Profile</em>, and click the<em> Notifications</em> tab. Under notifications make sure you have <em>schedule and reminders</em>, <em>account management</em> and <em>news and updates</em> set to “ON.” If you have them on and still do not receive notifications you need to check your junk mail account. <p style="font-weight: 400;">We currently do not require masks or proof of vaccination for those attending classes in studio. We do ask that if you are not feeling well please stay home and take an online class.</p>
