Vinyasa yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through poses in a dynamic, athletic way. Emphasis is placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 400;">Our Vinyasa yoga classes are based on principles taken from traditional Eight limbs of Yoga. Vinyasa (flow) combines the techniques of pranayama (breath control) with asanas (postures) connecting each movement with the breath in a flowing movement meditation.</span></p>
