Vinyasa translated means "to arrange something in a special way". Vinyasa yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through poses in a dynamic, athletic way. Emphasis is placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.
Our Vinyasa yoga classes are based on principles taken from traditional Eight limbs of Yoga. Vinyasa (flow) combines the techniques of pranayama (breath control) with asanas (postures) connecting each movement with the breath in a flowing movement meditation.
Out of respect for our clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start. Anyone more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed in class.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO CLASS.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING and CONSENT TO HAVING TEMPERATURE TAKEN.
MUST SUPPLY OWN MAT, BLOCKS, STRAPS, GLIDERS AND BALLS.
