Move Co-Owner and Certified Personal Trainer, Veronica Egan! Gather
at (location-Oakland Park) every Thursday at 11am to enjoy the
benefits of exercise while enjoying the beauty of Fall.
Class size is limited to a maximum of ten so book
now to guarantee your spot. Cost is $50 for all four sessions and
includes a resistance band rental! Create balance and strength in

Class will meet every Thursday at 11am, under the
pavilion, at Oakland Park. If class needs to be cancelled due
to inclement weather, you will be notified by 8am on the day of
class and a new date will be selected for a make-up class.
