This class combines two versatile pieces of Pilates equipment — the Pilates Chair and the Tower — for a dynamic, full-body workout. Exercises are performed in a variety of positions, including standing, sitting, kneeling, and lying down, offering endless ways to challenge strength, flexibility, and balance.
Building on the fundamentals learned in Mat or Reformer classes, this session introduces a new level of resistance and coordination that will enhance your control, stability, and body awareness. Because the Chair adds an extra layer of challenge, this class is recommended for participants who have a solid understanding of Pilates basics and are ready to advance their practice.
