Pole dance isn't always about tricks. Sometimes you just need to stay close to the ground and flow. Come learn to dance with the pole, do floor-work, learn exotic moves and gain confidence in creating combos and following routines. Must have completed Level 1. This class will benefit Levels 2, 3, and 4.
Heels are welcome but socks will work, too. Knee pads are strongly recommended. As with all pole classes, please no body/hand lotions and no jewelry on hands or wrists.
