This class must have three students to run!
No experience, no problem! Students who are interested in aerial arts and looking to build strength, come join this class for an hour of conditioning and skill exploration on lyra. This class will focus on building upper body and core strength while exploring fundamental lyra skills. If students have their own lyras, please bring them in to use. If not, lyras will be provided as needed for free. Please wear leggings, no shorts.
