This class is designed for the older adult 70 and up.Exercises are conducted in a chair,standing and moving around the room.The focus of this class is to mirror normal activities of everyday life so that the participant can safely and confidently remain independant and active. Light weights and other tools used add effectiveness to the class.Participants arev encouraged to go at their own level and many modifications are given to ensure success.
