<p>Sangha, is the Sanskrit word for community. Is this what is missing in your yoga practice? Join us in a new experimental zoom class that will give you the ability to see all the participants and interact with the group and instructor. Enjoy your yoga sangha from the comfort and safety of your home.</p>
<p>This virtual class will focus on building strength and endurance to enhance your yoga practice. We start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises, which include free weights (optional), push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. Next, you'll use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles. Be ready to mix it up!</p>
