This Challenge is designed to get you moving
20-30 minutes daily.

pre-recorded video will be send out each day of the
Challenge.
The
best part is YOU decide WHEN YOU workout!
Some days will have a focus on using body weight
or a resistance band to build strength, other days will incorporate
a resistance band or foam roller to restore back health and release
tension in hips and shoulders.
