YOD stands for Your Own Determination. Your own
determination drives you through this high intensity + vinyasa flow
yoga class focused on alignment and intentional movement.
Incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, and power, class
begins with 20 minutes of yoga to warm up the body, followed by 20
minutes of Strength and HIIT, finished with 20 minutes of
restorative yoga. This class is open to all
levels.

We no longer offer studio props. We recommend that you bring your own props which for YOD could include: block(s), strap.
