This high intensity class challenges your cardiovascular system, strength, and balance by incorporating a traditional Pilates repertoire into a full-bodied workout. Each class is designed to challenge and improve your coordination, providing you a strong, reactive core. While this class is formatted around the use of a BOSU, all exercises can be done without one.
Props: light/heavy weights, BOSU, 8-10" pilates ball, theraband

Reminder: Our classes are live. Not live-streamed, but live with in-person feedback. We keep our class sizes small to ensure that the instructor can correct your form every step of the way. Proper movement mechanics are still of the utmost importance to us, even when you are hundreds of miles away.
