A flow of classica hatha yoga postures, sometimes based on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) that awakens you body, mind and spirit while maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation. This class is led with a variety of modifications for the individual, making it suitable for most levels of practitioner. We often include pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and always deep relaxation! In this class, we offer verbal cues and may offer props, but no physical assisitng. All levels are welcome!
Limit 8 students. Reservations MUST be made at leat 1 hour in advance - no drop ins. If you do need to cancel, you must do so a minimum of 4 hours in advance or you will be charged.
