A flow of classic hatha yoga postures, sometimes based on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) that awakens you body, mind and spirit while maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation. This class is led with a variety of modifications for the individual, making it suitable for most levels of practitioner.
At the Monday class, we start with a rundown of the energy/astrology of the day and often include pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and always deep relaxation! In this class, we offer verbal cues and may offer props, but no physical assisitng. All levels are welcome!
The Thursday morning class is a little more challenging!
Limit 10 students. Reservations MUST be made at least 1 hour in advance. If you do need to cancel, you must do so a minimum of 1 hour in advance or you will be charged.
