Join Katie for a full-body strength workout that can be
tailored to any fitness level. This strength class runs 2x every
week, and each session is packed with supersets and circuits that
build functional strength, power, and endurance. You will perform
multi-joint, compound movements that challenge every muscle in your
body and get your heart rate up. Make sure you bring your
