This class that includes linked postures together with the breath. You'll build strength by moving your body to enhance flexibility and range of motion. This class focuses on stamina, strength, and flexibility. All of these elements are built together to lead you into a mind-clearing Savasana meditation.

signed up for a class that has less than 2 people registered, your
instructor will contact you at least an hour before class to
cancel.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
